Create A Splash Mobile Paint Splashing Party Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our policies for outdoor mobile paint splashing parties.
Booking and Payment
1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we receive a non-refundable deposit payment.
2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required upon booking.
3. Payment Methods: We accept all Major credit cards/venmo.
4. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the event day before services commence.
Cancellation and Refunds
5. Service Provider Cancellation: If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments will be issued.
Event Setup and Client Responsibilities
1. Space Requirements: The Client must provide an adequate flat outdoor at least 25×25 ft space within 50ft of power source for the paint splashing activities. This space should be clear of obstacles and safe for such activities.
2. We will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the event for set up and require a minimum of 30 minutes after event for breakdown.
3. Guest Attire: Guests should wear appropriate clothing that they don’t mind getting paint on. Protective gear will be provided.
4. Safety Instructions: All guests must adhere to safety instructions provided by our staff to ensure a safe and fun environment.
Weather Policy
1. Adverse Weather: In the event of bad weather, i.e. high winds and or heavy rain the Client has the option to reschedule the event at no additional cost, subject to availability. If no alternate date is available the deposit will be refunded
2. Weather Monitoring: We will monitor weather conditions closely and coordinate with the Client if a rescheduling is necessary.
Liability and Insurance
1. Insurance: Create A Splash is insured for public liability. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
2. Waiver of Liability: By participating in our paint splashing party, the Client and guests release Create A Splash from any liability for injury or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Health and Safety
1. Supervision: Our staff will supervise all activities to ensure they are conducted safely.
2. First Aid: Basic first aid supplies will be available on-site.
3. Safety Gear: Protective gear such as goggles and aprons will be provided to all participants.
Code of Conduct
1. Respectful Behavior: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
2. Prohibited Actions: Any form of disruptive behavior or violation of safety rules may result in the termination of the event without a refund.
